He has infused global standards and practices in all domains of the company. He has an illustrious career spanning more than 13 years. This young and versatile director leads a team of seasoned professionals for retail & commercial developments and constantly strives to uphold impeccable quality standards at par with the best global practices. As the director of the company, Anuj Malhan personally oversees all management and project operations – right from inception to completion. Anuj Malhan’s expertise and dedication have helped in adding a long-term values and has created a niche for RCube projects private limited in the real estate and infrastructure industry.

RICHA MALHAN

Ms Richa Malhan is an alumni of the amity university business school and comes from a family rich in corporate and financial vintage. She handles the ‘soft skills’ part of the group. She and her specialized team handle the communication and public relation activities of the group and ensure that the group is well represented in all platforms of print, digital and social media. She also ensures that every project that is leased out has the right mix of lessees so that the project has a wholesome representation of the right brands leading to more demand and footfalls.

SONIA SHARMA

Vice President

The magnanimous Sonia Sharma, vice president of RCube projects private limited, has left no stones unturned in successfully leading the management team and the operations of the company. After completing her MBA in 1998 and LLB in 2012, she has worked for over 19 years with complete dedication in the corporate world. She has been actively involved in various diversified roles including sales, marketing, leasing, construction, real estate development, legal, human resource management, liasoning, business planning and strategy, providing her expertise in different fields. With initial 4 years of experience in sales in consumer durable industry and last 15 years in real estate, sonia has not just established herself in the industry but has also contributed to the organization with her strategic and creative work. She has been devotedly working for more than 8 years at RCube.

She has worked with diverse companies like MIRC electronics ltd, crown buildtech private limited and parsvnath developers ltd. she played a pivotal role in development, leasing and launch of crown interiorz, Faridabad. In her professional career, Sonia has demonstrated a high degree of analytical skills and has the ability, a proper plan and strategy in place to achieve all her goals. She has been a tough-minded, focussed person who would like to travel the extra mile to achieve high ranking performance in any task.

AMITOSH MOITRA

Legal Advisor

Amitosh Moitra serves as an Advisor on the Board of Directors of the whole group of our Companies. He is a Fellow Chartered Accountant and has over 33 years of experience as a Partner in his own Chartered Accountant’s Firm as well as being associated with our Companies. He advises and guides us in all matters of Taxation, Accounts and Finance as well as our legal issues and our documentation and interaction with the Govt Bodies and Private Third Parties.

Civil Engineer

Mr. Ravinder Pal Singh Ahluwalia, post graduate from IIT Delhi, in structural engineering, has over 35 years of experience in execution of Civil engineering works, with structural analysis & design of high rise buildings. For more than 22 yrs, he worked with multiple govt. departments, like flood control deptt., DDA & MCD where he executed civil works like road works, dense work, sewer line, water line and drainage projects besides designing and executing Residential/Commercial building projects. His last tryst with MCD, was in the capacity of an Executive Engineer (Class-I officer – MCD) in Dec 2006 from which he took VRS (voluntary retirement from service). Mr. Ravinder, then went on to engage with private entities such as ahluwalia contracts (I) Ltd. and jaypee group. one of his noteworthy contributions include the execution of the project of saket court, a PWD project worth approx. 200 crores. He has also, donning his consultant hat, executed many consultancy works including DDA’s sewage pumping station project at Jasola, Delhi. Mr. Ravinder’s acumen in awarding of rates for construction contracts of building projects has often gotten him appreciation from his peers. He prides himself in his knowledge and experience in contractual matters and their finer details including settling competitive rates and finalizing bill of quantities.

SAFDAR ALAM

Architect

Safdar Md Alam, a graduate in Architecture from a central University of Delhi, has been associated with R Cube as it’s chief architect, managing and leading its design wing since 2014. With a decade of experience in handling projects of various scales, he has not only been involved in the designing of the buildings but has also been contributing at every stage of the building construction, right from the inception, through co-ordination and execution up to completion. He has the urge to learn, work efficiently and achieve targets beyond expectations and thus, has been able to successfully deliver projects like R Cube Monad at Rajouri Garden and R Cube central at Connaught Place. Prior to his engagement with R Cube, Safdar has worked with architectural firms of international repute, on design and execution of hospitality, educational, commercial, institutional, corporate and residential buildings. The style of his working, his creativity in bringing about fresh ideas in the projects and his sincerity towards the company and its goals, are his major strengths.
